Go go mission moon landing! I agree with the author of the NASA story that while International efforts are to be appauded, competition fires something up in the belly that just isn’t possible if you are too touchy-feely about it. Also, it is totally possible to have a race fuelled by competition and pride and still use good sportsmanship. Proper competition elevates everyone, winner and loser alike. My hopes remain high.
