    On the last link: The writer seems to think that the snarky attitude of many contemporary feminists stems from a feeling of superiority.

    They write: The implicit attitude of this kind of writing is: “Can you believe these bozos are still acting like this?”

    OF COURSE THAT’S OUR POV. Because seriously, how long have we been having these discussions? Is it not acceptable to consider sexism barbaric and immature? At this point, it should be just as obviously inappropriate as racism. If, say, a public figure makes a racist remark, it is a BIG DEAL and people get upset.

    Sexism (particularly against females) is still relatively acceptable in common society. We are still objectified, treated as less-than, and told our health decisions are not our own.

    Being critical of feminists who laugh in the face of prejudice is entirely pointless and counter-intuitive. Yeah, it’s great to get mad, and a lot of us still do, but it’s also much healthier and easier to scoff, RT, block.
