Speak Your Mind: Decompression

I had my first and last final of the semester today, and I am freaking exhausted. It’s been a couple of years since I’d taken a final exam, and I’m afraid my mind is a little out of shape. No matter, though. It’s over and there is no point in dwelling on it.

I’m not good at not dwelling on things though. My brain can be my own worse enemy. Sometimes, despite my best efforts, I just keep going over and over past events and wonder what I could have done differently. I’m sure I’m not alone in this, and it’s a nightmare.

How do you decompress after a high stress situation?
