Speak Your Mind: Everything Old is New Again

It’s that time of year again. The end of the calendar year. It’s time to take stock of the year. And what a year it’s been. As for me, 2011 will always be the year that I became a Skepchick and started working with the wonderful young women of Teen Skepchick. That alone made the year totally worth it.

This time of year is also the time when many people make plans and goals for the new year. I was never very good at keeping resolutions. Or making them, for that matter. But that changes this year! My resolutions are as follows:

1. Read 5 biographies of historical figures

2. Keep up with my ever-expanding list of podcasts

3. Find a bloody job

Your turn!

How has 2011 been to you? Is there anything you’d like to change? Do you make New Years’ resolutions? What are your resolutions? Have you ever actually kept a resolution? If so, can you tell me how to do it?
