Awesome Sauce Music Friday! Does that make me curious? Edition

Oh hai. I didn’t see you there. I was too busy rocking out to this week’s edition of Awesome Sauce Music Friday!

This week we’re featuring a sweet little song by Canadian alt-rockers Barenaked Ladies. The tune is from their 2008 children’s album, Snack Time! The song is called “Curious,” and it celebrates the the need to know “why.” This particular stanza sums it up perfectly:

If curious means that you trade your routines
For something free
The freedom you feel’s the whole point of the deal so
Curious I’ll be

I know, right?

I have to apologize for the video. It’s the only one I could find, and it plays the song twice. On the plus side, the kid in the video is adorable. Enjoy!
