Awesome Sauce Music Friday! There Was Always the Moon Edition

Hello, Teen Skepchick readers! I'm so excited to see you! It's time for another installment of Awesome Sauce Music Friday!

Today's tune is about the moon, and it comes to us from the brain of Jonathan Coulton. It was written for the Masters of Song Fu contest and is included in a collection of unreleased tracks called The Aftermath. The song is called "Always the Moon," and it follows time from the birth of the universe, to first steps of humanity, to the end of the world, all the while being watched over by Earth's ever-faithful moon. It's quite sweet, especially when you consider that it describes the heat death of the universe. But really, what's sweeter than that?

Happy Friday, everybody! (video after the jump)
