Thou Shalt Not Commit Logical Fallacies

I have several go-to sites as references for logical fallacies, but I often have to spend some time finding the exact one I’m looking for. It doesn’t help that so many fallacies go by various aliases, so I don’t always know which name a particular site is choosing to use. Not a very logical setup, really.

I stumbled upon this beauty at YourLogicalFallacyIs.com and thought, I can’t be the only one who needs reminders of some of these, so I thought I’d share:

Created by Jesse Richardson, Andy Smith, and Som Meadon to educate and spread “thinky awesomeness,” the poster sums up an impressive number of fallacies so you can easily find a particular one at a glance, each with a definition and an example. You can print it out or just download the pdf to have on hand. Critical thinking for cheap, lazy people like me. What’s not to love?
