Awesome Sauce Music Friday! Trade Me Soul for a Bite Edition

Today’s Awesome Sauce Music post isn’t especially skeptical, but it’s giving me some pretty vivid flashbacks to my childhood. Plus, COOKIE MONSTER.

I was a little Sesame Street obsessed when I was a kid. Seriously. It was on three times a day when I was growing up, and I watched all three times. I’m told my mom was worried that I would get a bladder infection because I refused pee while Big Bird (or Elmo, or Grover, or Bert and Ernie) were on the screen. I know. I had a problem.

Anyhoo! When I saw that the Cookie Monster made a parody video of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe,” I flipped my lid. Flipped. My. Lid. Who doesn’t love Cookie Monster? So at the risk of posting too many parody videos and straying too far from the geeky/skeptical theme, I present “Share It Maybe.” Enjoy.
