Not that it has any relevance whatsoever to the Olympics, I absolutely do not get how or why critics are calling Zoe Smith ugly, or saying she looks like a “bloke”.
I think pictures of Zoe should be distributed to whomever is making the next superhero flick. “You want to cast someone pretty as a female superhero? Fine–but she should look like this:

I agree. I don’t understand either. Is it the physical power that she obviously possesses? Is physical strength exclusively associated with men, so any woman who displays that trait must be look like a man? I don’t get it.
I’d watch whatever movie a superheroine who looks like Zoe might appear in. Possibly twice.
