Awesome Sauce Music Friday! Throw Them Up Like the Canada Arm Edition

Oh my Zeus, Internet. What have you done?

First, you somehow made “Gangam Style” by K-Pop star PSY a sensation. (OK, I’ll admit it’s kinda catchy.) Now, students at the NASA Johnson Space Center have done their own version. According to the YouTube page, the musical parody is:

…a volunteer outreach video project created by the students of NASA’s Johnson Space Center. It was created as an educational parody of Psy’s Gangnam Style. The lyrics and scenes in the video have been re-imagined in order to inform the public about the amazing work going on at NASA and the Johnson Space Center.

They’ve somehow made the video sound dull, but it isn’t. I dare say it’s better than the original. So this Awesome Sauce Music pick this week goes out to those hard-working NASA employees and interns. They are – literally – expanding our horizons every day.
