Awesome Sauce Music Friday! I’ve Got Cred but Honestly, I Shouldn’t Need It Edition

Hello and happy Friday! It’s about time, eh? Why not celebrate with an awesome sauce song?

This week we’re featuring an absolutely delightful song from The Doublclicks, a duo who “sing about Dungeons & Dragons, dinosaurs, and Mr. Darcy” while playing the ukulele and cello. I know. Awesome, right?

Their latest effort, “Nothing to Prove,” is a song about the “fake geek girl” phenomenon, and the video features such fake geeks as Marian Call, Adam Savage, Kelly Sue DeConnick, and Wil Wheaton. It’s amazing. Give it a listen and geek on ladies!
