Awesome Sauce Music Friday! They Contain the History of Life Edition

Howdy! Are you ready for your weekly dose of nerdy music? Well, you better get ready, ’cause it’s happening!

This week’s song comes to use from Tom McFadden as part of his masters thesis on the impact of music in science education. The song, a parody of LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem,” covers the California 7th grade standards on Earth & life history. There is also apparently an eBook in the works, which, if the video is any indication, is going to be bangin’.

So start your weekend off right with this charming song, “Fossil Rock Anthem.” I dare you to not obsessively hum it for the rest of the day.
