Awesome Sauce Music Friday! Butterfly in the Sky Edition

Yo, loyal Teen Skepchick readers. It’s me again, ready to bust out of the weekday slump and rocket into the weekend. This week, we’ll be riding on a rainbow.

I’m sure you’ve heard by now of LeVar Burton’s wildly successful Kickstarter campaign to bring back Reading Rainbow (of sorts). I’m a bit older than you are (probably), but I have fond memories of watching Reading Rainbow on PBS when I was young. Hopefully, LeVar Burton can bring the joy of reading to a new generation of kids. So this week I’ll give you two songs. One is Jimmy Fallon doing a Doors-style cover of the Reading Rainbow theme song. Because it makes me LOL. The other is the actual theme from the show as I knew it. Cartoon butterfly and all.
